This was a quickwrite at the beginning of the year. I'm not going to make it into anything, but just wanted to share.
All about my Family
By Elle Stackhouse
Sometimes my family can be kind of weird! One time my dad went out dressed like a hillbilly on Halloween just to embarrass me! And one time my mom forgot to take the gas nozzle out of the car and when she drove off she broke it! Even though my family can be embarrassing I still love them!
My family always comes to each others sports!
I need a new title, any ideas?

John W. Lennon, 40, of Manhattan , NY , died Monday, December 8, 1980 after being fatally shot in front of his apartment building. No funeral was held, but a major memorial took place on December 14 as thousands gathered in Central Park for ten minutes of silent prayer.
John was born on October 9, 1940 to Alfred and Julia Lennon, but later raised by Julia’s sister, Mimi and her husband George. He grew up in Liverpool , England and had always hated school, but had a passion for music. Once he convinced Mimi to buy him his first guitar, he had started his own band with Paul McCartney called the Quarrymen, after his school. The two of them later formed the band, The Beatles.
The Beatles were constructed of multiple miscellaneous band mates, but was mostly known of John, Paul, Ringo Starr and George Harrison. This group became very popular, even to the point of no longer touring because of the screaming fans. In all, the group had 22 albums, 20 #1's in the U.S., and 17 #1's in the U.K.
After many years with The Beatles, John decided to settle down with his wife and raise a son.
John is survived by his wife, Yoko Ono, and two sons, Julian and Sean.
He was preceded in death by his mother Julia and uncle George.

PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS FIRST, THEN LAST WEEKS NEXT WEEK
Dear readers, this poem is about John Lennon and when he first met his wife, Yoko Ono.
Any comments are fine. p.s. this is for my project.
My Love
I had thought my heart longed
for music,
but the musical harmonies
had left my heart empty.
I felt i was alone.
There was no one I could
divulge my anxieties into.
Know one who knew...
Until Her.
When I saw Her,
I was in complete shock.
She was as beautiful
as the artwork around her.
Artwork that she made.
She is...
My Love.

I see the bright sunlight and warmth hitting down on me and many acres. I hear the lullaby of the bugs and beetles songs. I smell the the soft clean air and freshly mowed grass. I feel he breeze blowing my hair and cooling down the angry sun. i feel grass in between my toes. I feel shade and darkness with rays of sun seeping through branches. It is peaceful here.
I want any sort of feedback that comes to your head. Good, bad, anything.
